How is this different from a research firm?

A research firm hands you findings. We take what the interviews prove and run the next step with it: creator and partner sourcing, marketing, sales. Research is where the engagement starts.

Companies entering a new market or scaling one they are already in, especially teams that need local customer validation and the sales and marketing execution that has to follow it.

How do you find local customers?

Our own network, panel providers, and local partner channels. We recruit against country, age, interest, and whatever else the study needs.

How is an AI interview different from a survey?

A survey asks the questions you wrote. The AI asks those, then asks about the answer. That second question is where you get why someone buys, hesitates, or leaves. A click only tells you what they picked.

What happens after the interviews?

The insights feed lead, creator, and partner sourcing, then campaigns, then sales, then performance tracking. You can stop at any stage.

We have no overseas business team. Can we still do this?

That is what GLOBAL TEAM is. Market validation, customer and creator sourcing, partners, marketing, CRM, and performance management, run as one function.

Can we take only part of it?

Yes. Pick START, GROWTH, or GLOBAL TEAM by stage, then add Social Listening, Creators, or Sales Conversion when you need them.

By project scope, countries, interview volume, and execution depth. The three packages are the baseline and the quote is built from there.

How long does a project take?

Customer and market validation starts fast. Marketing, creators, and sales run in stages after it. We set the detailed schedule after a first meeting that fixes goals, countries, and scope.
